One of the best things about crossbody purses is that in some cases the strap is adjustable and can be converted from a crossbody to a shoulder bag. If you are looking for leather crossbody purses, and want them to hold up with this heat and unpredictable weather, this is your stop. What’s awesome: One of the things I love about this bag are the colors! They are bright, vibrant and will freshen up any summer look! The interior pockets are roomy, which also includes the zippered pocket, perfect for holding small objects, such as keys or a tube of lipstick. The adjustable strap is a bonus as it will allow a change in the drop.
What I don’t like: Due to it’s narrow profile, I can see it challenging to store bulkier, larger items, such as a water bottle, or larger wallets.

Nicole Triple Compartment Crossbody Bag by Michael Kors
Key features: Pebbled texture canvas. Trim and strap are leather. This bag boasts 2 large outer flank pockets with a snap closure for each pocket. The interior has 1 slot pocket and 1 zippered pocket. The middle section has a zippered closure. The interior textile is inscribed with “Michael Kors”. Color choices include: Vanilla Ballet, Black (Sol, and Black PVC 2019)

What’s awesome: Even though this bag is not leather, the two outer pockets make this bag attractively unique. The best feature of this bag is that the pockets are not obstructive and assist in creating more room, considering its narrow profile. The slot pocket is just the right size to put an identification card or credit card. It’s just large enough to carry the essentials.
What I don’t like: It’s not full leather, only portions are leather. The interior zippered pocket could be a little bit larger.

Jet Set Large East West Saffiano Leather Cross-body by Michael Kors
Key features: This bag has a zip closure into the main compartment with 2 interior side pockets. Strap is a mixture of chain and leather with silver hardware. The bag comes in 3 colors: Black/silver, Olive (gold hardware), and Wild Berry (gold hardware).

What’s awesome: This bag is just simple elegance. This bag is a definite use for anytime you leave the house, whether you are going to the grocery store, out with friends or running errands. The fact that the chain is silver on the Black/Silver bag makes it stand out against the main body of the bag. The bag is small, but large enough to carry the essentials. The interior compartment is roomy, despite being a smaller bag overall. Because it is leather, it is a sturdy bag.
What I don’t like: One of the things I disliked the most about this bag is that even though they do give the option of different colors, I wish the hardware color was uniform throughout the color choices. The bag looks great as Black/Silver, I think that Olive or Wild Berry with the silver hardware would look just as nice, and would stand out even more because not too many bags feature silver chain hardware.

The internal pockets include 2 small side pockets and 1 zipper pocket. It comes in a variety of color choices. Depending on the color choice, the material may also vary from polyurethane, faux leather or leather. Color choices include: Balsam, Black, Black Signature Print, Black Stripe, Brown, Brown Floral Cutout, Brown Signature Print, Colorful Stripes, Fall Multi, Graystone (pictured), Green Multi Palm, Natural, Striped Kinley plus Logan wallet set, and Wine.

What’s awesome: This bag may be a crossbody, but it gives tote vibes with the amount of space it has! It has so much space with the outside zippered pockets and the front flap compartment, it probably feels like I can take just about anything but the kitchen sink!
What I don’t like: As much as I love having all of the color choices, I just wish that the material would remain as one uniform material type, such as having a dyed leather or a PVC with leather trimming. Having the material vary by what choice in color is confusing which I’m sure is not Fossil’s intention.

Key features: The main body is premium leather, the trim is polyurethane. Lining is made with Repreve, which is a material made from recycled water bottles. The strap is adjustable. There is 1 back slit pocket, 1 internal zipper pocket and 2 internal multi-function pockets. Open main compartment. Color choices include: Black I, Black II, Buttercup II, Crimson, Indigo I, Indigo II, Slate I, Slate II, Stone Floral (Embossed on sides), Tobacco Floral I (Embossed), and Tobacco Floral II (Embossed)
Dimensions:
9.3 inches (L) x 2 inches (W) x 11.6 inches (H). Strap drop maximum is 23 inches.
What’s awesome: Looking at the Tobacco Floral I, this crossbody has it all! It’s leather, and its also made with recycled material as the “textile” lining! It has the look of an open/bucket style purse, but the zipper is there, it’s just not visible unless you are looking directly down into the main compartment. Having the leather embossed adds a nice touch, so it’s not just another plain-looking brown leather bag. I like that the internal zipper pocket does not obstruct precious room in the main compartment.
What I don’t like: Even though the strap might not have any set stopping points for adjustments (like a belt), I would be worried that the hardware may eventually slip and go to a longer length than I would prefer.
